Members are givers who want to grow in generosity together with others. They participate in learning, conversations, and discernment, and give independently as they feel led.

Managers serve Giving Collaborations by supporting the Steering Committee in giving strategic direction, growing the community, organizing and facilitating events and the overalll well-being of the giving community. They create space for trust through regular engagement, learning and shared discernment.
This role is strategic, operational, relational and pastoral and key to the health of the giving community.
Relational leaders with organizational skills and a heart for community.
Champions are people with resources and influence (typically successful business people and entrepreneurs who help gather others arund a shared vision of generosity and Kingdom impact. They often play a catalytic role — opening doors, inviting peers, and helping a Giving Collaboration take root in their country.
This role is about influence, relationships, and long-term responsibility rather than management.
Entrepreneurs and leaders with relational influence and a heart for Europe.
